  • Processing payments via reliable payment providers (e.g. Mollie)

5. Who do we share data with?

We share personal data only with parties that are necessary to perform our services:

  • Shopify (hosting and webshop platform)
  • Mollie (payment provider)
  • PostNL, DHL and other shipping partners (delivery of your order)

  • Analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Pixel)

These parties process data solely on behalf of Meddad and in accordance with data processing agreements. Data is never sold to third parties.

As a consumer you have the following rights:

9. Retention periods

  • Order and invoice data: minimum 7 years (legal retention obligation).
  • Customer accounts: as long as you are an active customer.
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

12. Use of the chat function (AI Chatbot)

Our website uses an AI chatbot to help you with questions about orders, products, and our services. When you use the chatbot, the following data may be collected and processed:

  • Your order number and/or zip code (if required for order status)
