Finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click the 'shopping bag icon' in the top right corner to access your Meddad's items. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click the 'Proceed to checkout' button. You'll now arrive at the checkout page. Here, you can easily enter all your information on a single page.
Please note: Once you have completed your order, you can no longer change it, as it will be processed immediately so you can receive it as quickly as possible.

- Shipping costs: €4.99
- Free shipping: on orders over €49
Other European countries
- Shipping costs: €4.99 – €9.99 (depending on the country)
- Free shipping: on orders over €49
Countries with higher shipping costs (Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Romania)
- Shipping costs: €9.99
- Free shipping: on orders over €69

Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page; you'll receive a link via email once your order has been shipped.
It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Meddad strives to deliver your order quickly and carefully. Delivery time depends on the item's availability:
- Directly in stock: 1 – 2 working days.
- Delivery via our European suppliers: 3 – 5 working days.
- Delivery from producers outside the EU: 10 – 15 working days.
We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and will keep you informed by email as soon as your package has been shipped.
I AM NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver, which will indicate the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a short window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates your package has been delivered to your address but you haven't received anything, please report this to us immediately. Fourteen days after the specified delivery date, we will initiate an investigation with PostNL. We will keep you updated until the investigation is completed.
