Wrong or defective items
If you received incorrect items or the items are defective, please send an email to
info@meddad.nl
To resolve this with us, please always include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt , provided the item is in its original and saleable condition.
After receiving your return, you're entitled to a full refund (excluding return shipping costs). We cannot refund or exchange items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition.

- Request a return form via our contact form .
Please state your order number, email address and reason for return. - Please complete the form and send it along with a photo of the items to:
info@meddad.nl
- After approval, you will receive return instructions.
After approval:
- Make sure the items are properly packaged.
- Please mark 'Return' clearly on the outer packaging.
- Always ship using an insured and traceable service.
- Send the Track & Trace to: info@meddad.nl
- Send the goods to: Silodam 33, 1013 AL Amsterdam
Return Policy and Guidelines
- Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return packages must be properly packaged and always sent with Track & Trace .
- Returns cannot be processed without an approved return form.

- Send your order to the address on the return form, including Track & Trace code.
- Receive a refund within 5 business days of receiving your return.
